Journal of Law and Politics
The Journal of Law and Politics (JLP) invites submissions on an ongoing basis. JLP is a peer-reviewed academic journal publishing original research at the intersection of law, politics, and public policy.
The journal provides a forum for theoretical, empirical, and comparative studies addressing contemporary legal and political issues at national, regional, and international levels.
Scope of the Journal
The journal welcomes high-quality submissions in areas including, but not limited to:

Constitutional law and constitutional governance

International law and international relations

Comparative law and comparative political systems

Legal philosophy and political theory

Public administration and regulatory frameworks

Political representation, elections, and democratic institutions

Environmental law and political governance
The journal accepts research articles, case studies, and review articles.
Submission Policy

Submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis.

All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the journal’s Instructions for Authors and formatted using the official Article Template.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Publication Scheduling
Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication in the next available regular or special issue, following the completion of the peer review, revision, and copyediting processes.
Publication order is generally determined by the date of submission, subject to editorial planning and thematic issues.
